FRESH Soy Face Cleanser
Gentle enough for sensitive skin but strong enough for other types, this cleanser removes eye makeup and melts foundation like butter. I always wash my face twice with this cleanser on the rare days I wear my MAC powder foundation. Literally cleanses my skin without stripping it to a dessert. Enhanced with cucumber, rose extract and aloe vera can we say, “bring on the hydration and good-bye irritation”, this combination soothes and smooths sensitive skin like a baby’s booty. DERMALOGICA Clear Start Blackhead Clearing Fizz Mask
Skin in summer months scream for help to break down sweat and remove extra sebum. Formulated with an active fizzing ingredient used to decongest skin and clear out blackheads, this mask leaves your skin clean without over drying. Added benefits from sulfur help keep skin clear, kaolin clay to purify and apple fruit extract restores hydration. Let’s give this mask a round of applause for being a two-step application. Apply, wait 5 minutes, wipe off with warm water and a clean towel. BAM! You’re on the road to clear summer skin. Purchase here!
ALTEYA ORGANICS Organic Bulgarian Rosewater
Ah, the misunderstood concepts of toners. Do we really need them or are they a skincare essential? If you use a toner, try rosewater instead! Personally, my skin adores anything with rose extract. Roses calm the skin down from irritation and inflammation. Everything in moderation. I can’t use this all the time but for my sensitive skin, I T W O R K S W O N D E R S! Whenever I try new products and my skin reacts negatively to them, I spritz rosewater on my face and immediately my skin is soothe from the itchiness. Purchase here!
FIRST AID BEAUTY Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration
As someone with delicate skin, it took years and I mean years to find a moisturizer not causing breakouts. Made with colloidal oatmeal, this serves as a protectant and soother to relieve skin of irritation. Apply to the face and enjoy the creamy lightweight formula even in the summertime. Immediately nourishes dry skin. I wear this day and night whenever my face needs a little extra tender care. A cream like this, seems like it would only be great for winter but guess what it’s a summer must have! Purchase here!
MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation
Typically, I don’t wear makeup and I have no shame posting photos of my acne. Honestly, 9/10 I’m not wearing any foundation or concealer because I break out so easily. Let’s not lie, it’s nice to feel polished for special events, so MAC does the job for me.
Perfectly to sweat in because this lightweight formula leaves my sensitive skin feeling airy and breathable. Applied in Shade NW43, I wear a light to medium coverage because my face breaks out easily to foundation. Easy application and lasts all day, I literally feel like I’m not wearing anything and great for someone like me who doesn’t like full coverage. Purchase here!
